The Art - Confidence
I see your hunger for knowledge Young Seeker. Your desire to discover the Way, to apply its principles to your dealings with the fairer sex, is clearly visible to one such as I . Diligence is the watchword of a Young Seeker beginning his quest and you are to be commended. On to today's session then;
Once a Seeker has imbibed the First Principles, such that they are a part of him, he is now able to move on to the Art of Sideways Blocking. The first step on the Way is a requirement for a Seeker that succeeds in following the Way.
I remember a story my uncle once told me about his university days. There was this female student who got an offer of marriage from a male student in the same faculty as her. As the story goes, the lady in question broke down in tears upon receiving the proposal. The young man believed that because the lady was so taken with emotion he had found himself a bride. It turns out however, that the lady was crying because she could not believe that her stock had fallen so low that a man such as this was daring to ask for her hand in marriage…The moral of the story is… A Young Seeker should have the kind of confidence in his game that inspires girls to cry in disbelief. That is the first step Young Speaker - Confidence
A few of you Seekers may be asking why such a fundamental component of the Way is introduced at the beginning of the journey. After all wouldn’t it be better to wait until some familiarity with the Way is achieved before attempting to scale such a commanding height. The reason that confidence is discussed this early, is akin to the reason that toned abs are addressed from the beginning of the work out plan. Just as toned abs are the centerpiece of any fit torso, confidence is the centerpiece of the Art. Just as abs are the hardest area to tone, confidence of this nature is the hardest to develop.
The last point I will make Young Seeker, is that confidence of this nature hardly comes naturally. Granted some individuals are born with natural advantages in the confidence, but if you think that biology is destiny then you should not be a follower of the Way. There are two tenets that a Young Seeker needs to hold in his mind as he begins this journey to develop confidence – “A Cat Can Look At a King” & “If She No Gree Leave Her Be” The second tenent is important enough to merit a full discussion and that will be your next step on the path of the Way

He Who Flatters To Decieve
I suppose it's gone past the stage where i can say things like "i promise to be good from now on" After all as the saying goes "fool me once..." So what I will say was that this latest leave of absence was not planned. I mean there was no day that I didn't plan to blog. I mean its not like I ran out of material. I had at least five posts on the Art to share with you, and the antics in Nigerian politik were enough fodder for a whole month of posts. There was also my update to the previous ode to the Nigerian Driver that I wrote when I was still naive and gullible on my return :D
So what am I saying in essence? Am I saying that I'll inflict you with all of this? After all he may just promise to roll out a bunch of stuff and disappear again for ages. What will be different this time, you my dear reader is welcome to ask. Well I never really lost the motivation for blogging what I didn't have was the time to take an hour or so to write down the damn posts in the first place. So what I'm going to do, is write posts anytime I have free time, even though I may not post them. So if I get into a time crunch like I did this past week ,you will not be bereft of my excuse for writing
In honor of this new system. I am actually going to write the next installment of the Art right now, though it will not be up until tomorrow. Until then, laters...
